Our commercial refurbishment projects range from small office spaces and retail outlets, through to large complexes and plants, and where works vary from minor refurbishments to a single room, up to a full-scale renovation of the entire buildings.

We are very proud to work closely with Jaguar Land Rover, UniPart and many more – allowing us to achieve our companies full potential. Working closely with engineers we undertake specifications and timing programmes, the scope of works can include a complete refurbishment of the building painting and decorating, structural works such as building partitions, ceilings and mezzanine floors, fitting of fire doors and uPVC windows, the installation of storage and racking solutions, the repair and replacement of flooring (epoxy resin or carpet tiling) and lighting and heating requirements.

We offer a range of office fit out & refurbishment services to help you create the perfect environment for your staff and clients. We have many years of experience working in both new and old buildings and can help you every step of the way with your office refurbishment. We have the benefit of both design and build experience which means we can deliver a comprehensive package, including surveys, advice, designs and visuals which can be tailored to suit each customer’s requirements.
